Terms and Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms. By creating an account or using Kwizaa, you agree to these terms.
  2. Eligibility and Accounts. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login details secure.
  3. Acceptable Use. You agree not to use the service to abuse, harass, spam, or violate applicable laws.
  4. Team and League Data. Team owners and league managers are responsible for configuring leagues and inviting members with appropriate permissions.
  5. Subscription and Billing. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Prices and plan features may change with notice.
  6. Intellectual Property. Kwizaa, including branding and product code, is owned by us. You keep ownership of content you upload.
  7. Service Availability. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
  8. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kwizaa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  9. Termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users.

Privacy Policy

We collect account details (such as name and email), team and league configuration data, quiz responses, and billing metadata needed to run the service.

We use this information to provide Kwizaa, process payments, improve the product, and communicate important service updates.

We do not sell personal information. We only share data with trusted processors and integrations needed to operate the product (for example, payment and infrastructure providers).

We keep data only as long as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. You may request account deletion by contacting support.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@kwizaa.com.

We use industry-standard safeguards, but no platform can guarantee absolute security.

Refund Policy

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • You can cancel any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and your paid access remains active through the end of the current billing period.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law, or in cases of duplicate billing or clear payment error.
  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 14 days of the charge date so we can review your case.
